Me, too. The phone randomly dropped phone calls, locked up, dropped Bluetooth connections ... all within a few hours of installing 20748.

I don't install a whole lot of stuff in my kitchens, since I primarily just want my phone to work.

Once again, I find myself back at N2C-5067 ... The most stable of all the Kitchens I have found so far.

The invalid date error is because the OEM date must be in mm/dd/yyyy format. It is non-critical. If you get the date error on almost all OEMs, it's because your computer uses a different date format and you have not updated to the fixed version of BuildOS.
I just recently uninstalled BuildOS and reinstalled. That is when the errors started happening. I didn't experience the errors before this. Also when the phone freezes it's normally when I have nothing open. It is very random. No real explanation...

Re: Titan WM 6.1 build 20748 GPS kitchen

I have noticed two reoccurring bugs in latest build. One is more rare and one seems more prevalent.

The most annoying is the more common one. Often when I switch out of Landscape mode (seems especially when I'm within SMS text) back into portrait mode my Title bar disappears. I cant close out of apps or get the title bar to return - I have to restart. I know HTC task manager with x-button has caused some issue with this latest build. I run SPB Pocket Plus and it has its own X-button like task manager feature. I notice this bug randomly about once every 10 times I switch back to portrait from landscape. My showClockInTitlebar is set to 2. I cant seem to replicate this every time yet.

Today Plugins
SPB Pocket Plus (with SPB mobile shell integrated)
SPB diary scheduler
No other titlebar related apps or anything.
I cooked this build with the registry tweak "show titlebar clock in all apps"

Any ideas on registry settings or anything related to the task bar that might let me troubleshoot this?

The other bug I have noticed 3 times now is that upon incoming SMS when my phone is set to vibrate it starts and wont stop until I reset.

Both of these I have not noticed with the prior build or Sprint's official ROMs. I am running the exact same apps I always have. I really cant figure out whats causing the titlebar issue and I'm about to be forced to flash to something else. Any ideas?

Try dotFred Task Manager. You can also use this program to disable/enable services as well.

Re: Titan WM 6.1 build 20748 GPS kitchen

Just flashed this morning. Love all of the cool things built into this ROM like TouchFLo and the font. What is that font called? Anyway, the Diamond keyboards don't work at all. Only the original keyboard works. Kinda sucks as I was really liking the QWERTY on screen keyboard. Any suggestions?

Re: Titan WM 6.1 build 20748 GPS kitchen

I installed the d3d driver along with this build and this phone is very s l o w... I rebuilt it using a pagefile of 8 and that helped quite a bit but it is still very slow. Does the d3d driver hurt normal performance that much or is it just the build that is so slow?

Use "Titan_WM6.1_20748 Selections.txt" unless you have saved your selections from a 20748 build before. In that case use "my Titan Sprint Selections.txt." They are both found in "c:\program files\PPCKitchen.org\BuildOS\Projects\".
