UGH!
Didn't move a file...I took all of updater down for service. Turns out that our mirror servers were not serving due to a bug in updater. Couple that with a bug in BuildOS where it wasn't building properly, and I decided the best thing was to take it down.

It's all better now. The mirrors are serving and BuildOS is fixed.

I updated everything earlier today, but now it's not showing any updates available. Do I need to uninstall/install again to pick up the BuildOS fix, is there another way, or don't I need it?

Re: Titan WM 6.1 build 20748 GPS kitchen

I posted this in the PPCKitchen forum, but this forum probably gets read more often.

I updated everything yesterday, and no new updates are found. When I tried to run BuildOS, I got the Microsoft error below. I downloaded the newest BuildOS.msi and got the installer error below.

If I uninstall BuildOS through the Add/Remove Programs, will I lose all of my settings and personal OEMs, or will it just uninstall the core programs?

Uninstalling will not remove your custom stuff. I suggest you do that. If you feel nervous, just back up this folder: C:\Program Files\PPCkitchen.org\BuildOS\USER_OEM

PPC Kitchen problem

Forgive me, I am not sure what forum to post this is. I have been using ppc kitchen for over a month now, but the past few times I have tried to use buildos it says "BuildOs version BuildOS v.09.05.2 (6/25/0 has expired and it closes down. Anyone have any ideas?

Re: Titan WM 6.1 build 20748 GPS kitchen

So whats with the touch scrolling? I didnt think i put in anything new. I have FTouchFlo but it wasnt running yet. is there another scrolling app in this ROM? Its kinda annoyin b/c it messes up and interferes with FTouchFlo which is better.

Also in reference to the multiple select in SMS/eMail. We need to get the other tmail into this. Not sure there is any reason not to. The selection function in the mail screen is a pain to use and you can also not scroll and select multiple messages in file explorer either which is a bummer.

Thanks! I made a copy of the whole BuildOS directory, but it wasn't necessary. The new BuildOS.msi only installed BuildOS and didn't touch my directories at all.

Re: Titan WM 6.1 build 20748 GPS kitchen

I'm getting an error on the updater.

File PPC-BuildOS.exe not found. When I click on more I get this: The file is not available on the server. Please contact the developer of BuildOS to solve this problem.

Any help?

Did you add the Manilla 2D app? If I'm not mistaken, it contains the TouchFlo feature that provides scrolling in several programs but not all.
