You mean making Skyfire launch when you hit the globe in Manilla instead of Opera?

There is a way and you can find it on the manilla thread in the software section. You have to use a file called Vjbrisk.exe I think it is. Just search it.

I'm still trying but I keep getting an error. It's telling me that the "VJTarget.lnk or VJTarget.exe file weren't found in the launch directory \windows" although they are.

What exactly have you done so far?

Skip the part that explains what I did. The post that Jethro added #523 is much easier.

I just did what Jethro suggested so that I could have my Skyfire launch from the globe but STILL be able to launch Opera from the start or programs menu. Let me know if you still need help. You're gonna need Resco explorer or an app that will let you create shortcuts aka .lnk files.

So has anyone actually got any of the htc youtube apps working on a Titan? By working, I mean not just installing and opening, but actually playing videos. By playing videos i mean no lag in the video and being able to play on high quality.

Seems people here are saying they got the youtube app to work, but no one follows up on what they did to get it to work, or how well it works.

I have got the youtube app installed and able to play videos, but the quality is abhorrent with the audio being out of sync. On high quality videos are unwatchable, the picture is so laggy it seems like it is in slow motion.

Works fine for me on nueROM 3 pre3. I use the oringal "YT" version of youtube posted by noonski on xda.
