theaded txt message problem

does anyone know how to fix this sometimes I get txt messages and that don't show in my txts but the old txt from that person shows I got a new txt but its just marking a old txt in bold as unread but when the txt first hit me phone it shows in the bottem of the screen as a notification is there a fix for this

When you get the notification, are you clicking "Delete" instead of "Dismiss"?

not sure if it will help but I had some other issues with the threaded text when I loaded a custom rom one time.

What I did was turn off threaded text via no2chem's threaded text control panel.

Cant find it right now. Its not up on nuerom.com right now.

After that I soft reset. Loaded it up again. Then turned threaded text back on and soft reset. Fixed my problem. Just an idea.

Its called nue Threaded SMS Control.
