the server that the programs are being hosted on are down... i think in the 2nd link there are mirrors for the qpst program you need and the wmdriverinstaller program you need as well... hope this helps everyone!!

I found the answer and have been working on it. That is why I have not replied back. Just applied and reset my phone. Were thre any changes to the registry I should have made?
It took about 30 seconds for me to get a lock sitting at my desk inside. Was 3 1/2 minutes before. I will test outside too.

Isn't there a phone numer that we can dial to get to QPST? ##something, i think?

You have to have QPST on your PC to modify the settings.

it is ##3424 send i believe in some cases its ##3424# send... this doesnt work with n2c roms... you have to run dmrouter which is in the advanced settings folder or under the windows folder... depends on your rom
