You need that zip file to get the cab that you'll install in your PPC and it will then unhide/unlock your exrom and make it so you can open/delet/and write to it.

Youll be able to install apps in it. Its a extras 10 mb of space you dont have now. After you install the cab and restart you will see EXROM in you file exsplorer.
