Ringer not working

I just upgraded my verizon 6800 to 20270 and my ringer is like muted or something. I tried going back to my previous build 19588 and the problem shows up there as well now. Anyone else having this problem? If anyone calls my cell it doesn't ring. I checked my sound profiles and toggeled between them and still nothing. Switching to vibrate won't vibrate the phone either. Any assistance will be greatly appreciated. I did a few searches on the forum but couldn't find anything on this issue.

Thanks again...

Re: Ringer not working

i've had this problem when i cooked my rom with the "diamond rings and sounds" oem. even though i made sure all the volumes were up, it would never actually ring. this was since 20270. i removed that and its been fine since then. dont know if thats your issue or not but it solved it for me.

Re: Ringer not working

I do have the Diamond rings and sounds on my rom. I'll try cooking a new one tonight to see if the problem goes away. Thanks for the advice.

Re: Ringer not working

I have the Diamond sounds on mine and they work fine. I have not seen this issue posted before. Wish I had an answer for you.

Re: Ringer not working

Found what was causing the problem. It was the iBliss dialer. I used the iPhone dialer instead and bingo ringer works fine now. Hope this helps someone else that may be having the same problem using this dialer.

Thanks all.

Re: Ringer not working

Glad I found this thread. I also had the iBliss dialer and my phone was not ringing. I really like this dialer. Oh well. Switching the dialers fixed the issue.
