putting things into the OEM .rar

as i get more familar with cooking i now find that i want to add the programs i use that are not included in the kitchen when i update it. i have found in the Help and support files folder a program that i thought would allow me to add programs with out having to install them by clicking the .cab file each time i cook a rom. can someone help me with a tute on adding my own files to the kitchen so when i cook my rom all the programs i usually have to manually install are already installed.
