Question Made custom ROM - have questions

WARNING: Long post ahead!

I made a custom ROM today, and while I'm impressed, I've noticed several small glitches. I'd appreciate some help in fixing them.

1) On first start, the 'Calibrate' screen text appeared 'over' my boot splash screen with QuickMenu open. Touching the screen went as normal. The calibrate screen, like the 'Owner Info' screen shown in question 2, does not have the theme applied.

2) Theme not applied on all screens. It should be using the "Windows Mobile 6.1" theme for the area that says 'Owner Info', but it is black instead. (See Pic 1)

3) In File Explorer, under 'My Device', the folder icons are incorrect, although I can still access the folders.

4) Where is the desktop component of MyMobiler? The kitchen says to refer to readme.txt, but I could not find it. I checked all directories in File Explorer and all directories under the Windows directory.

5) There are a few duplicate entries in the settings menu. Two 'Sliding sound' entries under 'Personal' (One by HTC, one by No2Chem) and Two 'Key Lock' entries under 'System' (One by MS, one by No2Chem). Also, Under the 'System' section of the 'Settings' menu, there are two options - 'Power' (An MS Control Panel) - And 'Power & backlight' by No2Chem. I'd like to keep the No2Chem options and remove the others.

6) Under the 'Personal' tab of the 'Settings' menu, there is an option where you can set the programs on the start menu. In that list, there are two entries for 'Instant Messaging', one of which cannot be un-checked. How can I remove it? Under that same list, there is an entry for 'Task Manager'. Is that the HTC version? If so, how can I remove it? QuickMenu provides that feature already.

7) Under 'programs' there is an 'Advanced Settings' menu. This is not what I thought it was. Can I remove it in the kitchen and replace it with Schaps Advanced Configuration, or will that induce a conflict?

Under the 'themes' settings, there are several themes that I do not want, such as HTC Dark and stuff from the Diamond. How can I remove them?

9) Choosing to include the Sansung Omnia D3D driver in the kitchen resulted in a failed build, with errors regarding being unable to build default.hv and user.hv. How can I successfully add that?

10) I have two games that I would like to load that copy files to the device and make registry entries. How can I make it so that they are included with my custom ROM? Also, since there is now a viable D3D driver loaded, where can I find Doom and Virtual Pool?

11) If memory serves, i had a newer version of Google Maps loaded than is in the kitchen. How can I make sure the latest version is included in my ROM?

12) My 'Ev' icon looks different on this ROM. On this ROM, it just says 'Ev'. On the stock Sprint 3.56 ROM, it had the letters in a white square, which I found to be more readable.

13) The kitchen includes the Opera browser, with a note that it is from the Sprint Vogue ROM. It is version 8.65. I understand that there is a new version out, as well as a beta with some bugs regarding notifications. What is the most recent stable & free version of Opera?

14) The kitchen also includes Opera Mini v4. Isn't v4.1 (Or higher) out now? How can I add it to the kitchen?

15) I have a copy of WMWiFiRouter v0.91. How can I add it to my ROM?

Thanks!
