When you flash the rom from DCD's do not let the customizations run on your verizon phone you will also need to make sure and run the verizon cab file after you do the rom upgrade. After you do all of this then dial *228 option 2 and update your prl and you should be fine. I am running 3.2.5 with the radio rom 3.42.50 and have no problems dialing or using the phone after following these procedures. You have to remove the battery the first time you do a Custom ROM. After you flash the first "successful" ROM you don't have to do it anymore. It is posted on almost every thread about how to update to a custom ROM.
