Send button turns ohone on. Please Help

I am using no2chem's 5070 rom and the green send button turns my phone on. Not sure if this was intended or not but I don't keep my phone locked and this has been bothering me. Is there anyway to disable this feature?

Go to Settings>System> Key lock and see if it is set to lock all keys except power button.
