There is a program that restores the phone back and gets you out of the bootloader loop

You seem to have found it good deal

Okay....gotta an issue. BuildOS updated, let it go al the way through and followed the propts, working with a Verizon XV6800, selected the Triton updates and all that. I am now at the point that my phone has been unlocked and is at the Rainbowed screen waiting for something to happen. Now, when I go to run BuildOS from the start menu, all I get is "BuildOS encountered a problem and needs to close..." Thats it...Now what? I have a brand new phone that I can do nothing with. Help please!

I've noticed many of the apps on BuildOS are not up to date, or an expired trial. How can I update these apps with the newest ones? I have some cab files I'd like to add.

If there is a difference between the cab files and OEM (which I'm assuming there is), where can I get the OEM, and add it to the BuildOS/Kitchen folder (or in the correct place)?

OEM are for cooking in a kitchen, cabs are for installing after your ROM update
*edit* here is rstoyguy's OEM thread... filled with lots of OEMs and cabs scattered throughout :D

You need 2.0SP1 or later. 2.0 will not work. (Not to mention the CF versions are for PPCs, not PCs)

I suspect your install is screwed up. Reinstall. It's possible updater caused your failure to run, so verify it works before you run updater, then run updater to get any updates.

Hey Guys,
Yet another new guy:???:
First this forum is fantastic and you mentors and tutors are great.
But... Can someone tell me where I can find 'stock' OEM's for a 6800/Mogul?
BuildOS seems to have lots of stuff for Touch and Diamond in the kitchens
that are supposed to be for the mogul, but stock programs and apps are lacking.
I like to find Voice Speed Dial, the stock dialer from the mogul(that can accept ## codes to program) and a couple of others. Maybe a stock Mogul Rom/OEM's that one can add and subtract from?
The four kitchens in BuildOS for the mogul all seem to be the same...
Any one know where else I should look?
Thanks,
Spydr
