Alltel upgrade rom

Does anyone know what happened to the upgrade rom hosted at HTC for Alltel? I went there a couple of weeks ago and it was posted, now its down.

It has been pulled due to phone issues while the phone is roaming.

Are they suggesting to go back to older rom?

That seems odd that they pulled it. I never had any problems roaming or not. I got annoyed with the speed (or lack there of) and switched to DCD's newest last week but otherwise it worked fine.
