Well, it seems like things have settled down a bit. And yes, there is alot of info to sift through. It seems that Puff as answered most of the questions, however.

And by searching for something like PPST, you are going to get a crapload of threads that don't necessarily explain the definition. So it really can help to just post a horde of questions AFTER you have searched, which is what the OP did.

MOVING ON: Puff, I'm looking into finding out what PPST means. I know what it does, but I don't know what it is

Not that I know, but I like

P(rovisioning)PST- sets up the down and dirty carrier settings.

and

E(mbedded)PST - let's you view/modify the down and dirty carrier settings.
