My screen reader does not work with windows mobile 6.1, so is there a verizon rom with windows mobile 6.0 but an updated radio so that I can get evdo rev ay?

I don't see any reason why you couldn't flash just the radio with a stock Verizon rom already on the device (assuming they have a windows mobile 6.0 rom) just as we could do with other carriers. The flash process is the same, the difference being that the only thing updated is the radio itself.

That would give you the new radio + Rev A while staying with windows mobile 6.0.

Now, if Verizon doesn't have a stock 6.0 rom then disregard

I am sorry, but the rev.a and gps radios are not compatible with the stock wm6.0 roms.

This is incorrect. The stock Sprint ROM here (3.35) is wm6.0 with gps and rev A:

I think that you could load that rom, and do not let customizations run for the radio, then build a Verizon version from the ppckitchen based on 3.35

I apologize, I had forgotten that the radios 3.27 and 3.35 were based on sprint 6.0 updates.

Perhaps I should think before posting!

Is radio 3.35 compatible with the stock verizon ROM?
Kinda to answer some of the second post. Or would a ROM need to be built using the base that came from that radio?
