That was it! Thanks for the suggestion. I think it was one of the themes I had for WeatherPanel. Either way, I removed all the "junk" from my PPC and reinstalled the CommManager 10 button, and it looks great now.
One other question though, in profile mode, on the bottom right button, "Beam", there is a dash-line border around it when it's active, unlike the other buttons... any way to get that fixed? You can see it in the first poster's screenshot too.
