I had an issue similar to this with a comm manager i had (PD's vista). The issue wasn't with the comm manager but the font i copied to my windows directory when installing a "skin" for spb MS 2.1. Have you installed any recent skins or themes that included a font change?

Either way, I removed all the "junk" from my PPC and reinstalled the CommManager 10 button, and it looks great now. One other question though, in profile mode, on the bottom right button, "Beam", there is a dash-line border around it when it's active, unlike the other buttons... any way to get that fixed? Its killing me, isnt there a reg edit to pick what buttons are shown in the comm manager? I want Beam to be one of them and maybe change the order. Looking good btw
