Tutorial-Rom Chefs How to Insure Dialer Codes In Your ROMs
Alright this is really simple .... grab a stock rom ...... decompile it ...... in the OEMOPERATORS folder grab the epst2.epst file and rename it epst.epst .... move this file to your OEMAPP folder to replace the on that is in that folder ... and DAMN!!! your done working dialer codes ......
For people who are experiencing dialer code problems in the rom that you are using simply use this method and replace the epst.epst in the windows directory of your phone then soft reset..........
