JD i got your pm and i think this rom gets faster as i just sit here and use my phone...but one thing- i cant send mms. im using arcsoft 3 on alltel, only other apps ive installed are quickmenu, htc zip, ftouchsl, and google maps. i tried soft resetting and resending the picture but i still got the immediate "message delivery failed: retry now/retry later" popup.

are you using a carrier cab ..... I don't know how much I can help with that since I have sprint and our mms is disabled

no i didnt install any carrier cab, but i could....

not sure if u think i should or if u thought it might have been the reason it wasnt working.

I had to wait for my battery to charge, so I just got done flashing.

Check around a little bit on that one....I thought that was the fix....but not 100%...but one would think that will resolve it...

yeah if you have alltell then you need to install that cab if you use mms

that worked for the mms. this test has locked up on me twice- both times while i was using Messaging- while i was switching from one contact to the next and while trying to download a mms. i waited for about a minute or so and it eventually cleared itself up and was fine, but for that minute it was totally frozen- no keys worked except the power button to turn the screen off.

this has happened twice (ive been using this rom for maybe 1 1/2 hours) and i have nothing else to report so far, except that the fastest just got f*ckin faster!
