Anyone have this?? I kept getting the "out of memory pop-up, please close a tab" message.. i liked the way it ran but that problem sucked. I would even close everything else and on my X thing in the upper right corner while running opera only it would be up around 87% memory used

It's a known bug - the same thing happens to me. I'd link you to the Opera Mobile forums so you could see a full list of bugs, but it looks like it's down at the moment. Here's a hint: check to see if your notifications are on or off after you use Opera Mobile.
