I can send just fine and this has been confirmed by several people with multiple devices. Are you accepting the transfer on the other device?

And yes, I have stated that HTC Task Manager is an evil little bugger. However people still like it for some reason so we leave it in. I will try to update it so I can see if there is a resolution to the issue.
