Rev. A under Data Parameters (##778#) now "Enable" with new ROM update?

With the last Mogul update (the one that added Rev. A and GPS) there was a big discrepency with whether the ROM came with Rev. A enabled. Under the Data Parameteres in EPST it showed "Disable". Later we came to learn that "Disable" really meant "Enable" so we didn't have to make any changes to enable Rev. A.
This time with the new Mogul ROM update (3.56.651.0 that adds Sprint TV) under Data Parameters, Rev. A is originally set as "Enable". I'm guessing they switched it based on the confusion before, so now "Enable" really means that the Rev. A is "Enable". Can anyone else confirm this?
