However, you can grab a copy of \Program Files\MS Voice Command\vcbthag.dll (or \Windows\vcbthag.dll if installed from OEM), rename it to oemagw.dll and overwrite \Windows\oemagw.dll. Works fine and survives soft reset.

How can you overwrite \Windows\oemagw.dll? When I try it says "Cannot copy 'oemagw': Access is denied. Be certain that there is enough free storage memory, that the destination is not write-protected and that file is not currently in use"

Never mind. I just removed the "oemagw.dll" file from the "\nueROM\no2chem_Drivers_Titan\OEMDrivers\oemagw.d ll" directory

And that did the trick. MSVC works perfectly now through my BT ear piece

Edit: removing just the file did not actually work, i then removed the entire oemagw.dll directory and then it worked. I just forgot about that step until after I had already posted this.
