Well I my last mogul died and sprint sent me a touch instead!!! I need a full keyboard... I miss my darn mogul. I already cooked up a great PPCkitchen+custom icons rom for the vogue. I already miss the bleeding edge!!! No2chem are you going to release anything for the vogue when you have spare time. Which you most likely don't =P

memory for vogue has always been taunting me but nue3 is makin' the titan rockin now so pooy on vogue lol ;)

Ok new release seems kinda pokey for some reason.. not sure what it is.. and activesync is def causing problems, I even have exchange 2007 setup and still lockin up.

Also noticed "Mode of Operation" is missing?

yup, been getting activesync starting up on 3pre2&3. nothing i've tried fixes. but no SOD!

Looks like Comm Manager is now Wireless Manager, the exe is "wrlsmgr" in \Windows. Although the calls to Comm Manager remains (and are broken) in the pop ups for data connection.

Also if you go to Settings / Buttons, the default allocation of the Communication Manager button gets lost and it is nowhere to be found (i.e. you can't re-allocate it).

The only fix I found it to create a shortcut of wrlsmgr to \windows\Start Menu\Programs and rename it to "Wireless Manager" then you can re-assign your Communication Manager to the "Wireless Manager" shortcut.

I dislike the current state of the Wireless Manager, it does not let you turn off "Push Mail" as nueRom 2.1 pre8 does, and (I have an Exchange 2003 connection defined) it always fires up and initiate the data connection. No easy way to stop it if required. Does not looks like a big issue until you roam (I'm with Telus, I roam quite a lot in the US), then it can become a costly issue.

The new boot screen is nice in pre2 and pre3, but if you assign a security PIN code at boot, it does not displays the number keys; you think boot is like stopped or hanged and you only see a square where the stars will appear when typing the code. There is no key displayed at all. You have to slide open then close to get it. Minor cosmetic issue.
It is an awesome rom.
