Forgive me for asking a potentially stupid question, but what does this do for us? Sounds interesting. The reason I ask is that the term "memory" is thrown around very loosely.

What is the default Mogul Memory on the about screen. On JD's latest WM6.1 ROm I am showing 47 MB. The additional 6.5 MB would be welcomed. Wonder what the compromise is. Are ya going to kill us with suspense No2chem. What with the Diamond BS from Sprint, and now this, how am I going to get anything else done.

it sounds like the compromise has to do with not being able to use the crapy camera that no one really/should use.
donate to the man, this is huge

It seems you'll be able to turn it on or off for the extra memory, he (No2Chem) said on his Blog site, untill he has better drivers written, then it won't be an issue, just extra (x2)memory for all. :) !WOW!

it's not to great of a compromise cause the camera can still be toggled on and off, it says so on his site blog... this suits me fine, i dont use my camera to capture moment of opportunity shots... it's too slow for that...
