Well, that sucks. I could have swarn the pre 8 did not have reply all in it. I am now using a cooked rom from DcD's Kitchen. Leave a post in No2Chems bug thread and he will take a look at it.

what media player (specifically for mp3's) supports the motorola's S9 controls of forward and back?

Basically, if i run WMP that controls the tracks, but like slide 2 play, it doesn't take those controls.

thanks!

Would love some assistance. I reflashed Pre8 to test a few apps. I noticed thisc in the stock rom there are two places to chance backlight settings 1. power option: and 2. Backoght option.

No2 wrote his own, and the options that used to be controled under "power" I cannot find. My backlight dims after 30 Seconds no matter what I do.

Solution? What am I missing?

I have no issues with s2p and s9 controls.

Shaggy, thanks. had everything under the LIGH tab unchecked. I'll recheck them and sde what happens with new values.

Edit: Looks like if you leave all the boxes UnChecked the system defaults dimming the screen after 30 seconds, but if you check the boxes and then choose your own timeout values you do not have the problem.
