If you have done everything, as you say, then since you are no noob, you know already you phone is bricked.

Throw it away and go buy a new one.

Or, maybee there is some inane little step that someone might mention that will actually help.

However, if you bash everyone that offers anything, an keep repeating yourself, people will stop helping you, then you are back to it being a brick.

I know you are frustrated, just keep trying, and maybee you'll get lucky.

nope not bricked i can put anyother rom but not no2chems 2.2 prev8 rom

that's why I'm trying to help, this strikes me as verry odd, there's gotta be something that can be done to get it loaded. so other pre2.2's work?
is this a "live" phone or is it your "play" phone? if its your main phone you may want to wait for pre9 or 2.2rc1. (i'm still running 69k on my main phone)

No2Chem or anybody else know when Pre 9 will be out? I'm still on Pre7 and debating u[grading to Pre8 or waiting for the next release.

Pretty sure he said the next release will be RC1 for 2.2, but he hasn't said WHEN that will be. When does he ever tell us when they come out, except a few hours prior?

no i havent tried the other pre2.2's i guess ill wait for pre10 and its my live phone

The last time no2 gave a time frame, he felt so obligated to produce something within the given time frame that the 'rushed' job showed in the sub-par quality ROM that was produced. Now i dont know about you, but i'd rather no2 take his time and produce a QUALITY rom that makes us say "we're not worthy" TAKE YOUR TIME NO2CHEM !!!

Just wanted to comment for those having the Skyfire issues that the problem's actually not with Skyfire, but the OS as a whole. Dragging doesn't seem to work in other applications, as well. I've reported this in the bug thread now. If others are having the same issue you might wish to comment as such in that thread so no2chem's definitely aware of this one. I consider it pretty serious, but it might get lost in the shuffle.
