Thanks n2! This is pretty nice. I JUST upgraded form 5065! Lots of changes. Love the com manager setup/look. Anyways, did you ever end up having another way to send you money other than paypal? I'll gladly send you an official bank check.

What happens?

If I thought that Skyfire was slow before... its taken about 50 steps back now.

It loads pages uber quick... but navigating them literally takes two seconds before it registers that you've moved your finger on the screen, THEN it downloads the cached image from Skyfire's servers.

I know its not the build of Skyfire because I was running it on 5069k no problem. Admittedly though, I don't think I've tried it on any of the 2.2 previews until now so I don't know if this has been an ongoing issue or not.

Either way, I'm pretty much relegated to just use nothing but Opera Mini for now since Opera 9.5 is unusable too just in its beta nature...

Crap, I was about to argue with you that it's working fine, but then realized I hadn't used it since installed 8 and now it's useless. Crap, I rely on Skyfire. Best mobile browser right now.

"Services I disabled from startup are OBEX, CERTENROLL, SWMGMTSERVICE, SoftwareDisable, nueSlindingKB, nueDeviceLock, SMSRetry, PhoneExt, and Power."

"Well besides battery life which was somewhat brutal today before I set the above settings I will report back tomorrow with what I get. I changed all Power management settings to enabled now and I will see what happens. I also set data to turn off after 15 min of inactivity."

Thanks for any help!

Well I got about 20% better battery life today than yesterday so I would say what I did above works. It still seems this rom though eats battery but its the quickest I have ever seen to date.

Yes I do that after every rom upgrade that I don't make in the kitchen. As for today I posted above a 20% better battery life. I need to find where the battery drain is though. It sure seems that its going down mighty faster than previous roms and one's I cook.

it's my belief that the rom needs a battery history to fully maximize it's use/reading. otherwise how does it know what 0% truly is?

edit; has anyone compared the current discharge between revisions (stock) (or those that have customization scripts [for consistency])
also does running IOTA make any difference for sprint users?

I just wanted to be clear that my original statement is a belief and I have no evidence to support this.
