three days after the last ROM update, Sprint employee did not have any idea that it is out already, but on the other hand I do not blame them it is Sprint's responsibility.

It's not whether this is a beta or final release, it's that Sprint is removing the Roam Only feature from all of their new phones and ROMs. They're doing it on purpose, not out of negligence.

actually I believe it is their responsibility. If they interact with customers on a sales or support basis, it is their responsibility to keep current on the devices or, or look in their computer to find out the correct answer.
