Is it possible to remove start menu items from a kitchen build?

Is it possible to remove start menu icons located in Start/Programs but keep the programs?
For example HTC Action screen icon is blank and I dont click on it to access it the same with Ftouchflo.

Start > Settings > Menus
then just deselect that you don't want in the start menu.

Re: Is it possible to remove start menu items from a kitchen build?

I guess I should have been more clear. I want to remove them from the Start/Programs screen (not just the Start Menu) and also have it that way from the initial flash.

Yes, it's possible, you need to go to the OEM's folder (say, FTouchFlo, Action Screen, etc.), delete the *.lnk and the corresponding line in initflashfiles.txt
