I had the same exact problems yesterday. I, however, didn't have any of the O2 stuff cooked. I had basically all of the same stuff I usually have. It's a very barebones OEM list because I always try to save as much memory as possible. I know that I have the right unlocker, etc. etc., because I was upgrading from the 5067. I tried everything that you did as well, but nothing worked. After the 5th hard reset and 4th battery pull it finally went through, but then I flashed something a little more tried and true as soon as I had an activesync connection. I would love to know what the conflict was, as I flashed several variations of the newest 20226 and they all seemed to have a little something just not quite right. The 5060 and 5067 have been rock solid so I'll be going back to them until all of the bugs get figured out.
