Re: Titan 19588 Kitchen

I made a rom with the kitchen that was really good, but it has a super annoying issue. It is remembering words that I have previously typed, and tries to insert them after words that they came after in previous texts. I gotta flash back to something else.

If we already flashed what will adding this and reflashing fix? I assume it has to be manually added, because the updater won't do it, correct?

I believe you can just turn predictive text off or have it suggest fewer words to correct this. Not a good reason to reflash IMO.

Trust me, I tried that. I even hard reset. It just inserted different words. Super annoying when sending text messages. It is possible that it is related to cody's threaded sms.

The only way to keep the suggested words from being inserted is to hit the delete button when the suggestions come up, otherwise it just adds them in.

I have reflashed to a custom rom I built based on 3.56, and all is working fine.

EDIT:

It turns out that it was the Diamond QWERTY options that were screwing me, even though that that keypad was not selected. All is good now. Nice rom.

this would fix a problem with not being able to write to Extended_ROM on device. that may not be a problem depending on the ext_rom you have now...but I had the 3.56 and it wasn't writable before the fix.
as for adding it, simply remove the folder with same name from the drivers_titan.rar and replace with this one.

Re: Titan 19588 Kitchen

not bad not bad. So appears this is based off the 3.35 rom. Any reason to not use 3.56?

Few interesting things.. seems no2chem usb is included even when not selected. Also noticed comm manager is not changeable (keeps diamond 3 button, I selected 10)

Thanks for the efforts!! rawr
