the unlock code should be simply 000000

well, i'm out dude. time for bed.. if your phone ends up looking like it's got 'sprint stuff' in it's settings, then redo the whole process (starting from the radio.)
then once the ROM is finished , and the system reboots itself, PAY CLOSE ATTENTION, as it will say something very similar to
'Customzations will start in 3 seconds'... something like that.. when you see that, SOFT RESET.... this will ensure the Sprint Customizations do not run..

it's ok to do the 'Tap the screen' message, that will just bring you to the screen alignment page..... but be hawk-eyed for any message that has the words 'Customization and 3 seconds' in it.. you see that, you soft reset..

EDIT -- try to make a voice call.. it MAY say your phone is not authenticated.. thats OK. don't freak out. it's a common occurrence when us VZW users upgrade to a GPS radio.. just call VZW in the morning and say 'i had to hard reset my phone, and now it says i'm not authenticated'... don't mention anything about any upgrade or new Radio, or GPS.. they won't ask either.
don't bother writing the new aKey number down .. it's a throwaway number.. they will walk you through how to get it on your device..

ok, just so everyone knows, when the "tap to begin screen" comes up, you can enter bootloader from there and flash. dont even risk going past that screen. its less stressful anyway
