Shared Calendar View - Exchange?

For all you MS exchange ppl out there - My boss wants to be able to view a company wide calendar we have at our office on his titan - he uses wireless sync to sync his contacts/email/etc. Any way in ther world is there a way to access/change/add to the company calendar on his device?
