It's actually a new radio I believe. Other than that, I am not sure. But I was hesitant about the leaked ROM. Now I can feel the warm and fuzzy that it says "ship" in the title. Even though you are probably right, not a huge difference.

Guys, just because nothing looks all that different from 3.49, doesn't mean that it isn't.

There are new drivers, new OEM packages (including a new camera), among other things.
