Connecting to USB doesn't.

I was doing Hard-SPL via Bluetooth when the screen told me that I had to unplug and replug the USB cable. I was like, "uhhhh... I'm on bluetooth..." and I did a soft reset to get out of the tri colored screen (I read later that there's another way out of it?). I then did a hard reset back to the stock Sprint 3.35.651.2 ROM, and now I can't connect via USB. When I plug it in Vista doesn't do anything. No found new hardware. Just for the record, this phone has ALWAYS been very temperamental when connected via USB. Random disconnects, no found new hardware, etc. This is why I started using Bluetooth in the first place.

Any idea what's going on?

Re: Connecting to USB doesn't.

The other day when I checked windows update there was an optional update for wmdc. It seemed to help my connection somewhat. You might check and see if it's available for you.

Re: Connecting to USB doesn't.

Go under settings, connections, USB to PC and uncheck the Enable advanced network functionality and see if that works. Worked for me and I haven't had a problem since.
