Sprint ROM release date speculation

I would agree with the mall and add a twist to the Sprint folks part.......most salespeople don't KNOW anything but the basics about any phone. I worked for Verizon in tech services for 3 years and you would not believe the numbers out customers bringing in phones because it wouldn't get service here or there but the salesperson had said IT DID IT ALL !

I must say I'm offended by the comment about mall employees . I happen to work in a Sprint indirect store in a mall, and I pat myself on the back for being more knowledgable about Sprint products that any direct store employee in a 50 mile radius. I certainly think it helps that I was with the legacy Nextel side of things prior to the merger, it seems we are the guys more up on things. But hey lets keep the generalizations to a minimum or this may turn into a thread focused on Blackberry OS users.


I should also add that the Sprint TV on my Mogul still works as of this exact moment.

No offense intended... but you are BY FAR the exception when it comes to Mall / kiosks sales people.

BTW, if you have such breadth of technical background you could possible do better in another position then the mall.
