I don't know that it would matter or not, but I upgraded from the last official ROM, 3.35

That is a very weak point. Just because it is called windows mobile doesn't mean its a PC first. The HTC Shift, that is a PC first, phone second.
I'll tell you what, you take you good work ethic and look up you 'friends' carriers, and then what the carrier email is, and email them your pictures. I don't f-ing care. I will be 'lazy' and use sMMS, and maybe Sprint/Microsoft's MMS program when that comes out later. It doesn't matter a SINGLE bit to me. And what's this about apple? Just because apply doesn't have it, you don't want it? that's cute. I don't know I'm even arguing with you about this. The ONLY thing I wanted to get across was that email is not, in fact, MMS. It has a secondary function that will substitute for MMS. You haven't disagreed, just given me reasons why MMS is for the lazy. How does that help? It's just insulting. And it doesn't even make sense.
I don't know why I'm wasting my time arguing with you. This is WAY off topic. You know what? I'll give you the last shot, in the interest of everybody. So go ahead and reply and tell me that I'm fat and lazy and how the Mogul can play Crysis. I won't respond.

look, i dont see what the issue is about mms. What is so bad about using an email address to send a pic or video? are users so lazy that they cant find out who is on what wireless carrier? All I do is place the pic email address into my contact list for that person or better yet try this.... email the picture to the persons email address like someone@yahoo.com have them email their picture to you at your email address like donzuchowski@yahoo.com then they would be able to view it on their phone...

not always accurate, a T Mobile number ported to Sprint still shows up as T Mobile, and I agree with dzuchowski, and you could always use the email addy on the phones account

Seriously people this isnt a trouble shooting thread. If you need help with your phone start a new thread or alteast do some research and SEARCH! Anyways back to the topic. I dont know about anyone else but phonescoop.com said that sprint would have an update for winmo 6.1 in june but i looked for that same news release from sprint and now it says summer 2008. I could have sworn it said june 2008. but since there is no update. I must have remebered wrong. sprint news about winmo 6.1 release: http://newsreleases.sprint.com/phoenix.zhtml?c=127149&p=irol-newsArticle_newsroom&ID=1124415&highlight= So summer last tell september or october right? So it maybe months before we see an update.

no not months down the road!!! me wants it now, me need to replace phone it has blue dot, store i know wont take it with 6.1
