Guess I should have been more specific.

I didn't mean does anyone have it installed... I meant does anyone have it so I can use it to update my PRI.

if anyone with the PRI a great way to get it on here. go in to your windows driectory, then find ppst then copy and paste it in to a folder then put it in a zip folder to post it here.

that is not your PRI file. those files would exist as a result of installing a PRI update cab, which is not known available for vzw.
