Its mentioned in the Titan unlocker thread

I would definitely re lock the phone, not re locking it could put your warranty at risk. Chances are the idiot that looks these phones over and says they are fine when they are not and cleans up the phone, puts in a box, and sends it out to the next customer who needs a replacement... (They give you "refurbished" phones as replacements.... that's my experience with Verizon...) won't even notice.

Sry for the bitterness, I went through six 6700's with Verizon before they gave me a brand new one in a retail box. I received phones with scratches, gouges in the screen, lock ups, and a soft reset button that didn't feel right and broke the following day. Hopefully Sprint does better for their customers.
This will certainly break your phone with a GPS/rev-a rom installed, don't do it.... I think there should be a huge warning in that thread or it should be removed entirely at this point.

It will not certainly break the phone...it is probable that relocking will brick a phone that has a 3.xx level ROM, but it is not a certainty. If you are taking your phone back for exchange anyway, and are concerned that it has a non-OEM bootloader, what is the risk of trying to relock? If it bricks, you just have an additional reason for the exchange...it won't turn on...and it won't be possible for the store tech to see what bootloader is on the device.

As for a huge warning...the following wording has been in the first post in the relocking thread (the post where the link to the relocker used to be) for quite some time now.

DO NOT USE THE RELOCKER FOR ANYTHING RELATED TO GPS ROMS, OR REVERTING BACK AFTER GPS UPDATE.
