form what i understand after hard ressetting flashin of any sort u have to call verizon and ask for a new a key...jsut call u and say you cant make calls and they can fix it for u very easily

Have flashed many times and never had that happen but called Verizon and they got it working again. (Had to borrow neighbors fone LOL) Thanks again
