Hello again...

A hard reset will not erase a ROM upgrade. To install a new bootloader, such as Olipro 2.40, you must have your device booted into Windows, not showing the multi-color bootloader screen. However, you can flash an OEM ROM upgrade package from the bootloader screen, just ignore when it says you need to be hooked up through Activesync.

Only ROMs of the 2.xx level and radios of the 1.xx level are compatible with Olipro 1.20. You could download and install the OEM Sprint 2.17 ROM package, then install Olipro 2.40, then install the Sprint 3.35 package.

Be aware that several users have bricked (made their phones completely inoperable and currently not fixable) when downgrading from 3.35 to 2.xx.
