Trying to make my own ROM with BuildOS

I have a Sprint Mogul HTC 6800. I tried out the Iphone rom recently, but a few things don't work that I really need. I want to make my own rom using the BuildOS. First of all, do I need to first upload a sprint stock rom first?

I build up my list in BuildOS, hit the play button, it gets to the part of uploading the ROM(shows the progress bar both on my phone and PC) and it says it's lost communication with the phone after a bit. One thing I noticed, when the bootloader pops up, it's not 2.40. Could this be the issue also?

I also tried what I think was the "Power, Soft Reset, and Record" buttons, but I am not sure exactly which buttons these are.

All you have to do is read Titan Kitchen CE OS 5.2.19209 . It has all your answers. All the problems you are having will have are discussed there.

So then I run the unlocker, install the Titan Kitchen, then I can use the BuildOS?

Also, when I try to extract from the Buildos as a NBH using the gen, it gives me this error "Failed to start tools\nbhgen.exe
The directory name is invalid"

The file is in that directory.

I managed to get the new unlocker installed, shows 2.40 now. When I run the 3.35.04 Titan Kitchen, it starts loading the ROM, then I get this error "Error (32 : Invalid Command

This updated utility cannot be used for your PDA Phone. Please check your update Utility.

Could this be because I still have the Iphone ROM still installed? This Radio version is 3.39. If this is the problem, what do I need to do?

Anyone have an idea why I'm getting this error with the above Kitchen? Do I need to load on a different rom first?

Ok, I think I figured it out. I flashed the stock 3.35 rom on and will go from there.
