incoming call- voice comes through speakerphone even before I answer?

Currently running nexvision's UL rom, but I have also seen this on some others. When I get an incoming call, I can hear the other caller via the speakerphone as soon as the phone starts ringing. I want to say that it is connected with s2u2, but I am not certain. How do I get this back to normal, where nothing happens until I answer the phone? In phone settings, automatic pickup is already disabled.

this happens across the board to most winmo phones at one point or another...every winmo phone ive ever owned randomly did it. Im not sure if there is a fix or not..

I don't know if I would want a fix. I wish I had this awesome feature on my titan.

Not so awesome when I'm in a client meeting, and it won't shut up. 9 times out of 10 it is my work voicemail calling to tell me I have a message, and the recording just plays over and over asking me to enter my password. I ended up throwing it into a file drawer, where it was slightly quieter.
