help i dont get any sound when i plug my 6800 with my phone jack.

Havoc are you using the splitter to charge and listen to media at the same time? If so this is a known issue with all (that I know of) 6.1 builds... somebody correct me if I am wrong on this... I'm still learning myself... lol

yeah..im useing the spliter plus a small plug from radi shack..i get sound if i put it in half way..but when put in all the way the phone dilas last call and or opens up my phone book

Yeah there are known issues with the splitter and 6.1. You can use the ear buds or the charger independently without the splitter but throw the splitter in the mix and the result is no sound...

well im not useing them both at the same time. im hooking up the phone jack splitter to the caset thing in my car. If i buy a plug with out the charger thing will it work and does that plug come normal size to fit any head set??? where can i buy this with out having to wait for shipping???thanks in advance

Are you using the splitter with 1 usb and the 2.5mm jack or the 2 usb splitter... If you are using the 2 usb splitter the little plug you bought from Radio Shack should go right into the bottom of your 6800, if you bought a 2.5mm stereo to 3.5mm stereo then go back to Radio Shaft and get a usb to 3.5mm stereo jack that should solve said problem and eliminate the need for any splitter interference.. again someone me if any of this is wrong..

I bought 2.5 to 3.5 plug..i didnt know they carried the usb to 3.5...thanks..i will try that later on and will let u know..=D>...
