Flashing from Micro SD Card

Thanks for the help - but it still doesn't work. I have put the file on the root directory, made sure it's FAT32 - put the card in - got to the bootloader (SP2.40) - all I get is the tri color screen with serial on it - WHAT initiates the flashing process??!!! Someone pls help - this is driving me crazy!

Make sure you disable USB in active sync.....did you put the signed NBH file in and if so make sure you renamed it to what it states in the post...
