Well....it's been a couple of days with this 3.56 release, and it's been PERFECT. Not a single issue. The device performs MUCH faster....uses less RAM....EVDO is much faster.....better signal in places with little to none....GREAT ROM!

From what I am seeing on this post it's just the old rom that someone thought was the new one. But then again... I can see HTC messing up and forgetting that they were posting the new ROM to a LIVE site instead of just setting up the pages on a dummy site. Guess we'll see in a few days/ weeks

I can vouch for seeing the same ROM update as the poster on the other thread. It was strange - it only came up when I went to the update page on my Mogul. I went to the same url on my desktop and it went to the March 10th update.... I downloaded the "new" update on my Mogul and it ended up being the March 10th ROM.... odd
