updated to sprint 3.35 and no2chem kitchen, now no internet access (vz6800)

so i upgraded my radio, unlocked my bootloader and now am running n2chem ppckitchen.org. its really fast and i like it a lot. these are my issues:

cant call #228 (message telling me this is an invalid feature)
phone says Sprint PCS all over it (im guessing this is ok)
no internet (cannot connect to #777)
didnt have the OTA feature so i unlocked my ROM and ran the cab file. when i go into phone, features, internet and choose the ota, it tries to open an internet connection and cncels out (it says to contact sprint!!)

any help would be much appreciated

Welcome Here...............

1. #228 is not a valid code.

2.Go to your start- settings - connections - connections - manage existing connections - new,
and set up a new connection. Leave the user name and password blank but still use #777.

3. I uploaded the IOTA cab file run it. First unzip it.(Cab removed)

ok tried that and i still cant connect to the internet. its a verizon phone, and im using verison as my carrier. i called them and they said to call #228 for the phone programming. i ran the ota.cab and it just tries to open an internet connection.

you let the Sprint Customizations run.
re-flash. and soft reset BEFORE the customizations run.. you will have only a 3 second window to soft reset when you see the 'Customizations' window appear at first boot.

IOTA is not used for Verizon.

once you are reflashed proper, you need to call VZW and get a new AKEY.
you just tell them you hard reset your phone and now can't get any connection.. you only have to do this ONCE, when you upgrade your radio..
next time you flash, you'll need to dial *228 to authenticate..

but yes, reflash now, save yourself the headache. and do NOT let the customizations run.

Ha I read it really fast and just caught Sprint 3.35 in the title and then saw they ran IOTA and it didnt work.

to clear up nickles instructions, DO NOT GO PAST THE SCREEN THAT SAYS "Tap to begin" after your phone boots. Of course, this is after you reflash. should have read the instructions on flashing for verizon.

And when you do get squared away, it is *STAR* 228, not #POUND# 228.
