HTC Mogul - "No Radio" after upgrade

Hello,
I've searched through this forum, as well as other forums referenced in threads, and found several threads that touched on the issue I am about to post, however none of the threads I found covered the entirety of my issue. I attempted to upgrade/reinstall rom my phone and experienced no errors during the upgrade. However when the phone was rebooted I only received the "No Radio" screen. Furthermore I cannot get the phone to connect via active sync. I've rebooted and tried a hard reset to no avail. Is there a way to force connection via active sync, or is there another way to connect to the phone? I'm not certain what steps I need to take to attempt to install the rom again. As far as flashing from an SD card, I don't think I can locate the correct files or find complete info on this topic. I'd hate to think a device three months old has been bricked - or will be bricked if I don't follow proper procedure - due to a simple upgrade.
SPL-2.06.0000
OEM ROM 3.35
Thank you for your time.
J

[update] After further attempts and still no luck using the search function in the forums, Google turned up a good number of forum threads related to this issue and I was able to cull together a resolution (thanks to those who were kind enough to translate techie to layman). The Mogul has been 'un-bricked'

Had the same problem here's my thread...
http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/showthread.php?t=25751

just flash an old version 2.14 of the Sprint Rom an .NBH it's about 90.35mb format ur SDcard load it on and let it run u should see Splash 1 & 2 CDMA and OS and something else let should bring u back now all u would have to do from here is load the latest Sprint 3.35 ROM and then if u still want to load the Kitchen you can do so but make sure u run the Olpro 2.41 unlocker before any of that

You can also try putting the phone in bootloader mode (holding power+camera while soft-resetting) to flash the stock rom from your pc. That's one way around the activesync connection.
