Strange update to my WMWifi question/problem: I was having the same issue again but it started working when I turned the bluetooth off. I don't remember this happening with different ROMs. Any thoughts?

Havent even tried WMWifi yet but i did notice when i have BT on then switch on my wifi it turns my BT off wabye there is an issue...

Has anyone found a solution to the dialer problem? I really like this ROM with the exception of the fact that my phone dialer doesn't work. I've tried calling it from an outside line with missed results. Sometimes I can receive a call, other times I can't. At least now I can press the phone button and bring up a dialer but when I try to dial a number it doesn't actually dial. Any suggestions will be helpful. BTW, I just flashed this ROM late last night.

I assume then that you have tried to make a call from the icontact database.

After that my dialer works fine (at least until the next soft reset, then I have to do the icontact thing again).

If that doesn't work, you could try reflashing again. Theoretically, it should work because I can tell you that, at least for me, this inconvenience does correct the problem on my phone.

I copied the themes folder from this rom, and reflashed the a clean nexvision one (not a kitchen) and installed WAD myself. Granted, the shortcuts now go nowhere because i haven't yet installed the apps, and I have a lot of work to do, but the theme appears, and the dialer works fine. No need to set up internet connection manually either. Another problem I had was that weatherpanel wouldn't show the radar, that works now too (once I learned how to mess with WAD a little bit). In my case, I will be teaching myself WAD anyway because I want to make a lot of changes, so I might try to do a kitchen rom next to get all of my other customizations, and then use this theme.

I would like to hear if there are any updates coming, though? And I'm curious how Formula's setup is coming along, as I'm starting to go down the same path with spb mobile shell.

Thanks Half Decaf, that was my problem. That is what confused me because it worked briefly but I did soft reset and it stopped working. I can keep using this ROM since I like the ROM and this work around isn't horrible.

nex since you are now working on the vogue roms, does this mean the 6800 roms will come to an end? i really hope not, so far the only ones i have been able to deal with were yours. also any eta on a new iphone rom release?

Nex has said this already earlier the next release will be when no2chem releases 5066... hopefully soon but just keep your eye on the nuerom 2.1 thread and when 5066comes out expect it soon after then we all can bug Nex...lol

hey thanks for fixing the link, i downloaded it and flashed it last night. I must hand it to you it is great work. However, ust a few concerns, firstly i relized it seems to slow the phone down really badly, it like really takes long to enter the messaging app, second whats up with the long start up??? it takes really long to start the phone up...
ne ways it is a great start, and i hope you get the chance to really improve it, so that it works faster, and better quality. sorry dont take this as a insult, but it really can be improved and worked on. is this just a beta?/ and are their newer versions???
